New York raised and LA based singer/songwriter Lauren Reiner performs her song 'Rust' for us for our latest Saturday Session. Her voice is warm and familiar, like an old love, and we can't get enough of it. When asked about the story behind 'Rust', Lauren explained that "its about moving past the honeymoon phase of a relationship. Although this moment is often seen as the beginning of the end, "Rust" tells a different story. The song is about embracing the wear and tear of a relationship." We absolutely love the sentiment and can't wait to hear more from Lauren in the future.
Lauren is currently living in LA and besides working on her own music project, she always writes for other artists as well.
