Nashville Tennessee based singer/songwriter Abby Siler releases her debut single 'dissolve' and its made us instant fans. Her voice, the lyrics, the production is all so well done. Originally from a small town in Illinois, Siler writes about the complications of the heart, and her music will definitely pull at your heart strings.
“Dissolve means so much to me. I wrote it from a true place of heartbreak and vulnerability. I think there is something so beautiful about moments in music that display raw and honest emotion, and that’s what I hope to convey in this song.”
With lyrics like "I find you in all these songs" and "I don't want you to see that you're still affecting me. I just want to know... Did you ever love me?" its hard not to shed a little tear. My personal favorite part of the song is the end, when the beautiful piano takes over and Siler's voice rings out "I still love you. I don't want to."
